So So Fresh Records is an independent record label founded by Lorenzo Deray Bartholomew. This label discovers, develops, records, manufactures, distributes, and markets music for artists, usually in exchange for a portion of the revenue. Our mission is to assist artists in achieving their full potential by equipping them with the necessary resources and expertise to thrive in the music industry.

I became involved in this venture due to my passion for hip hop and my love for God, who has blessed me with the ability to rap, produce, write songs, and nurture artists. Born and raised in Houston, Texas, I started using music as a way to express my lifestyle and faith. My early songs resonated with listeners, reflecting their everyday experiences alongside Lorenzo Fresh, also known as L-Fresh and Emcee Fresh on the streets. I worked diligently to earn a living and establish my creditworthiness to secure funding for my record label. I set up my own home recording studio to capture some of the songs you hear today, which were recorded during the good old days while enjoying time with friends. This hobby ultimately transformed into the foundation of So So Fresh Records.
